She has held various leadership and administrative roles, including Montessori educator, Head of School, GEOMAN consultant, and Administrator at African Missions Community Outreach & Support (AMCOS). Currently serving as Project Manager at IFES Foundation and Co-Director at Ikogwe International Limited, Blessing oversees the design and execution of key initiatives, especially those focused on vulnerable school children and youth empowerment.
